Q. What steps are required to create a design?
A. Actually very few. You simply fill out a form, giving us
as much information as possible. This helps us to get started. Then it's just a matter of viewing the
design we send you and telling us what you like or don't like. We continue this viewing process until you're satisfied.
Q. How long does it take?
A. The amount of time varies, depending
on the complexity of the design, and the amount of pending orders. Simple designs may take only an hour, where heavily
detailed ones could take several days.
Q. What payment processors do you accept?
A. Because to the recent problems with
StormPay and E-gold, we now accept only PayPal, Alertpay, or Visa and MasterCard.
Q. Can you use my graphics and/or pictures?
A. Absolutely.
Q. Can I have a banner made, even if I don't have a logo?
A. Of course you can. We'll make
a banner however you want it.
Q. What if I have a picture I want to use, but I don't know how to get the URL?
A. Finding the URL is pretty easy.
If you have a web site, just post your picture to it, then bring the page up online. When you see your picture, right-click
it, and a small window will come up. Click 'properties', then another small window will appear with the URL.
But, if all else fails, you can paste your picture into an email and just send it to us.
Q. Do you print the business cards and bookmarks?
A. No we don't. But we do send them to you in the
correct pixel format for printers, such as Kinko's. All you do is e-mail your design to your local Kinko's (or
any local printer), then pick them up when they're ready. Or there are several online printers that will mail your
order straight to you. Either way, your design will be 'printer' ready.
